Ingredients

Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract (Aqua, Alcohol, Chamomilla Recutita, Ammonium Hydroxide).

Instructions for use

For oral use, dilute 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) of concentrate with 100 ml of fresh water before each use and rinse the mouth or use as a gargle. Do not swallow the solution. Always use prepared solutions fresh and never store them. For skin use, dilute 15 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) with 500 ml of water and gently rub the affected skin with a clean cloth. For hair care, dilute 15 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) with 500 ml of water and rinse the hair with it. For full baths, use 45 ml (approx. 3 tablespoons). For partial baths, dissolve 30 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) of concentrate in 1 liter of water.
