The Doppelherz system sachets contain 400 mg of magnesium in citrate form, which contributes to normal muscle function, and vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.

In case of an unbalanced diet or an increased need for nutrients, the diet can be specifically supplemented with Doppelherz system Magnesium 400 citrate.

Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate, acidifier citric acid, bulking agent isomalt, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavoring, maltodextrin, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, beetroot juice powder, L-ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, color riboflavin-5'-phosphate

Recommended intake:
Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once daily and drink. This supplement is recommended if you have an increased magnesium requirement due to physical exertion (e.g., exercise) or if you have an unbalanced diet. If you only have a magnesium-deficient diet, we recommend dissolving the contents of half a sachet in approximately 100 ml of water daily and drinking it.
