Preparation

For one serving (equivalent to one meal), stir 50g of the powder (= 2 level measuring spoons) into 200ml of water or prepare using a mixer/shaker. For precise dosing, please weigh the powder. Adding vegetable oil is not necessary. Measuring spoons are available free of charge at the checkout of your dm store.
