Mivolis Omega-3 1000 contains marine fish oil, which is rich in unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, especially the two fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These have diverse functions in the human body, for example, for the heart. A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to normal heart function. Marine fish are rich in EPA and DHA and should therefore be consumed regularly. Alternatively, Mivolis Omega-3 1000 helps ensure an adequate supply of these fatty acids. Each capsule of Mivolis Omega-3 1000 contains at least 260 mg of these fatty acids, as well as vitamin E. This helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
