Prepare: Mix 100 ml of fresh or long-life milk (3.5% fat) and 100 ml of drinking water together with 6 level tablespoons (= 20 g) of Kölln Schmelzflocken® cold and bring to the boil briefly. Allow to cool and stir in 2 tablespoons (= 20 g) of freshly pureed fruit (eg banana).
