1. Värm upp 100 ml helmjölk och 100 ml vatten till ca 50 °C. 2. Tillsätt 22 g spannmålsflingor (5-6 msk). 3. Rör om ordentligt, låt gröten svälla en kort stund och se till att den har rätt ät-temperatur (37 °C). Smaklig måltid! Alternativt kan du också tillaga spannmålsgröten med ca 130 ml bröstmjölk, 200 ml helmjölk, 200 ml vatten eller 170 ml modersmjölksersättning.
