In case of jet lag: On the next day of travel and after arrival in the other time zone, take 1-2 capsules shortly before bedtime with sufficient liquid from the 1st to the 5th day. Please follow the recommended dosage to ensure the positive effect. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use in children and long-term or continuous use is not recommended.
