For internal use, pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1-2 filter bags (children from 6 years, adolescents and adults including the elderly) or 1 filter bag (children 2-5 years), cover and remove after about 5 to 10 minutes. For inhalation, pour 100 ml of boiling water over 2-6 tea bags (young people aged 12 and over and adults including the elderly) or 2-3 tea bags (children aged 6-11). For use in the oral cavity (adults including the elderly and children aged 12 and over), pour 100 ml of boiling water over 1-3 tea bags, cover, and remove after approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Then rinse or gargle with the infusion.
