Doppelherz system MAGNESIUM 400 DEPOT tablets provide the body with magnesium for normal muscle and nervous system function over many hours of the day: The direct phase delivers 200 mg of magnesium with a citrate content of 50 mg in combination with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6. The depot phase delivers 200 mg of magnesium together with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6. Due to a specially developed manufacturing process, the Doppelherz system 2-phase depot consists of two different tablet layers. It works on the principle of rapid and sustained nutrient release. In the "depot phase," the magnesium is released gradually over many hours, providing the body with a continuous supply of smaller "portions" throughout the day. In contrast, the magnesium in the "direct phase" is released more quickly, making it available to the body faster. Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. This mineral contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system.

Instructions for use

Take 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. Swallow whole. For increased magnesium requirements, e.g., due to strenuous physical activity combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If the problem is simply an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
