Instructions for use
Always use Japanese medicinal plant oil exactly as described in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. The recommended dose is: For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: - For internal use, take 2 drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil on a sugar cube or in a glass of warm water 1 to 3 times daily. - For inhalation, add 3 to 4 drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil to hot water. For adults and children aged 4 years and over: - For external use, rub a few drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil into the affected areas of skin.

Storage instructions
