Mivolis heat patches provide soothing deep heat for up to 12 hours, helping to relieve muscle and joint pain as well as pain caused by overuse/strain, pulled muscles, sprains and arthritis. The patches can be flexibly applied to different parts of the body, allowing targeted placement on the painful area. Self-heating and skin-friendly. Adhesive: polyacrylate.

Warnings
Heat patches should not be used by people who are insensitive to extreme temperatures, such as people with circulatory disorders, diabetes, nerve damage, paralysis or sensitive skin. Adult supervision is required when treating children. Do not use if you are sensitive to acrylic adhesives. Please follow the instructions for use enclosed inside the package!
Instructions for use
1. Remove the heat patch from the individual packaging. 2. Peel off the protective paper. 3. Place the patch flat on the affected painful area with the adhesive side against the skin and press it on gently. Make sure that the heating elements do not overlap. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach the therapeutic temperature. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing it for 12 hours. Do not wear for longer than 12 hours within a 24-hour period. Place the patch flat on your skin. Do not fold or bunch it up, as this increases the risk of burns. For single use only. Dispose of after use.
