When preparing the food, follow the instructions carefully. Incorrect preparation or storage of the prepared bottle over a longer period of time can lead to health problems, e.g. due to the growth of undesirable germs. Therefore, prepare food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding). 1. Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50°C. 2. Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle. 3. Measure out the recommended amount of powder (see table). Loosely fill the measuring spoon and wipe off the excess. Add the powder to the water. 4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times. 5. Cool to drinking temperature of approx. 37°C. Check the temperature. Amount to drink and dosage: Every baby is different. The amount to drink per bottle can vary greatly. The stated amount to drink and the number of portions per day are guidelines. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the bottle empty. Please only use the measuring spoon provided! One measuring spoon corresponds to 30 ml of water. Age: 1st-2nd week*, 7-8 bottle meals per day, 60 ml boiled water + 2 measuring spoons of powder = 70 ml ready-to-drink food Age: 3rd-4th week, 5-7 bottle meals per day, 90 ml boiled water + 3 measuring spoons of powder = 100 ml ready-to-drink food Age: 5th-8th week, 5-6 bottle meals per day, 120 ml boiled water + 4 measuring spoons of powder = 135 ml ready-to-drink food Age: 3rd-4th week Month, 5 bottle meals per day, 150 ml boiled water + 5 measuring spoons of powder = 170 ml ready-to-drink food Age: 5th month**, 4-5 bottle meals per day, 180 ml boiled water + 6 measuring spoons of powder = 200 ml ready-to-drink food Age: from 6 months, 4 bottle meals per day, 210 ml boiled water + 7 measuring spoons of powder = 235 ml ready-to-drink food *Unless otherwise recommended by the doctor. **From the 5th month, you can start with jars and puree in consultation with the pediatrician.
