PANTHENOL has a calming effect and GLYCERIN supports the skin's moisture balance. The formula with 10% SKIN-MOIST-COMPLEX – with 1% PANTHENOL, 3% BETAINE, 2.9% GLYCERIN and 3.1% HUMIDIFIER – provides the skin with intensive moisture.** The toner makes the skin appear radiant and even*** and provides 24-hour moisture**.
