It also contains 1200 mg glucosamine hydrochloride, 200 mg chondroitin sulfate, 50 mg hyaluronic acid, and the enzymes bromelain and papain. The Doppelherz tablet-capsule system consists of an easy-to-swallow tablet and an easy-to-take capsule. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamins K and D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal muscle function. It contributes to the normal utilization of calcium and to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin E and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The tablet also contains 1200 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride. Glucosamine is a structural component of shrimp shells. The trace elements zinc, selenium, manganese, and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Furthermore, manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation, and copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Connective tissue refers to the supporting and stabilizing structures of the body. It gives tendons and ligaments their tensile strength. Chondroitin and hyaluronic acid are of animal origin. The enzyme bromelain comes from pineapple, and papain from papaya.

Instructions for use

The daily dose consists of one tablet and one capsule. Take one tablet and one capsule once a day with a meal and plenty of liquid, without chewing.
