Omega-3 fatty acids are an important component of a healthy diet. However, the intake of these long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for everyone. This applies equally to children, teenagers, and adults. The omega-3 fatty acid DHA contributes to normal brain function. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Instructions for use
