Instructions for use

Indications for cold application: Bruises, sprains, strains, hematomas, headaches, migraines, tennis elbow, fever, inflammation of muscles and joints, pain relief, first-degree burns, insect bites, sunburn. Indications for heat application: Lumbago, abdominal pain, muscle soreness, menstrual cramps, back pain, tension. Contraindications for the consumer: Do not use in cases of: impaired temperature sensation, peripheral circulatory disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, while taking painkillers, on children under 3 years of age, on damaged skin, on open wounds.

Storage instructions

After use, clean under running lukewarm water with mild soap. Do not use solvent-based cleaning agents such as disinfectants. Dry with a soft cloth or allow to air dry. The product is reusable, but should not be used after the expiration date printed on the packaging and should be disposed of with household waste.
