Melatonin is a hormone produced naturally by the body, also known as the “sleep hormone.” Melatonin naturally causes you to feel tired in the evening. However, this rhythm can be disrupted by various influences such as jet lag, stress or shift work, leading to difficulty falling asleep and insomnia. Mivolis Melatonin Gummies help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. For the positive effect to occur, at least 1 mg of melatonin should be consumed shortly before bedtime. Mivolis Melatonin Gummies contain 1.6 mg of melatonin. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The positive effect occurs when 1 gummy is taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following days after arrival at the destination. Vitamin B6 supports the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function. The formula is also supplemented with 25 mg of California poppy extract. The delicious fruity gummies are sugar-free and therefore ideal for consumption before bedtime.
