The ground psyllium husks Plus from Zirkulin are ideal for stirring into water thanks to their natural orange flavor. The psyllium husks also contain linseed, chia seeds and omega 3. They ensure a fiber-rich and healthy diet.
When consuming it, ensure that you drink plenty of fluids, as balloons bind water and too little fluid can lead to intestinal obstruction. You should wait about an hour after taking medication. This food must not be taken if you have pathological conditions of the esophagus or the gastrointestinal tract. Recommended consumption: Shake the can before use. Mix 3 tablets (approx. 1 slightly heaped teaspoon each) in approx. 150 ml of water twice a day. Allow to swell briefly (1-2 minutes) and drink. Then drink 1-2 more glasses of fluid. You should wait about an hour after taking medication. This food supplement must not be taken if you have pathological conditions of the esophagus or the gastrointestinal tract.
