Thanks to its protective mechanical effect, Doppelherz Irritable Bowel Syndrome physically interacts with the intestinal mucosa: It forms a mucoadhesive film that protects the mucosa from contact with irritants and at the same time helps to prevent the absorption of dangerous substances. Thanks to a physical mechanism, intestinal bacteria are adsorbed, thus reducing the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Take one tablet twice daily between or before meals, as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. In case of acute pain, the dose can be doubled. Depending on the intensity of the illness, it is recommended to extend the treatment period from two to six weeks and to repeat the treatment if symptoms recur. • Keep out of the reach of children. • Even if no side effects are known, it is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age. In any case, consult your doctor before use. • The daily dose of four tablets must not be exceeded. • Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients. • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging. • The expiry date refers to the properly packaged product in intact packaging.
