Apply toothpaste to a wet toothbrush daily and gently brush teeth. Then spit out. Without sodium lauryl sulfate. Contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm F-). For adults only. For a particularly fresh mouthfeel, also gently clean tongue and palate.
