Doppelherz Magnesium 600 Day + Night Depot tablets provide targeted magnesium supplementation in two phases: 240 mg of magnesium are released immediately, while 360 mg are released gradually over a longer period during the depot phase. Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function, the normal function of the nervous system, and the maintenance of normal bones. The tablets are easy to use and are taken only once a day, either in the morning or evening. Ideal for a continuous supply of magnesium.

Instructions for use
Take ½ to 1 tablet once daily, either in the morning or evening, with a meal and sufficient liquid (e.g., ½ a glass of water). Swallow the tablet whole. If magnesium requirements are increased, for example, due to increased physical exertion combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If magnesium levels are simply insufficient, take ½ a tablet.
