RECOMENDACIÓN DE CONSUMO: 2 veces al día 3 g (aprox. 1 cucharadita rasa cada vez) mezclar bien en aprox. 200 ml de agua, dejar reposar 2 minutos y beber. Después beber 1 – 2 vasos más de líquido.
