Ingredientes: Óxido de magnesio; agentes de carga: celulosa microcristalina, hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa, carboximetilcelulosa sódica; antiaglomerante: sales magnésicas de ácidos grasos; colorante: riboflavina (4 mg = 286 %*); cianocobalamina (vitamina B12)
Recomendación de consumo: Tomar 1 comprimido al día sin masticar con suficiente líquido. En caso de mayor necesidad de magnesio, por ejemplo debido a un esfuerzo físico intenso en el trabajo o el deporte y en combinación con una dieta baja en magnesio, tomar 1 comprimido. Para suplementación alimentaria, tomar solo ½ comprimido. Puede tener un ligero efecto laxante. No tomar otros preparados que contengan magnesio adicionalmente.
