Humana 1 soveltuu erinomaisesti vauvojen ruokintaan syntymästä alkaen. Sitä voidaan antaa äidinmaidon lisänä tai yksinomaisena ravintona. Aloitusmaito sisältää dokosaheksaeenihappoa (lakisääteisesti vaadittu imeväisille tarkoitetuissa aloitusmaidoissa) sekä laktoosia, joka on ainoa sisältetty hiilihydraatti. Lisäksi hygieeninen pakkaus integroidulla mittalusikan pidikkeellä vähentää ihokosketusta maitojauheen kanssa.
Vauvasi kehittyy päivä päivältä ja tarvitsee erityisiä ravintoaineita. Humana 1:llä voit ruokkia syntymästä alkaen – äidinmaidon lisänä tai yksinomaisena ravintona. Kiinteiden ruokien aloittamisen yhteydessä suosittelemme siirtymistä Humana 2:een 6. kuukauden jälkeen.
Helppo valmistaa
Noudata vauvanruoan valmistusohjetta: Puhdista pullo, tutti ja rengas huolellisesti. Valmista jokainen ateria tuoreena. Tarjoa heti eikä jäämiä tule käyttää uudelleen. Väärä valmistus ja säilytys voivat johtaa terveysongelmiin.
1. Kiehauta vesi, jäähdytä 50°C:een ja kaada puolet puhtaaseen pulloon.
2. Ota pulveri mukana olevalla mittalusikalla, tasaa lusikka reunaa vasten ja lisää tarvittava määrä pulloon.
3. Sulje pullo ja ravista heti voimakkaasti, lisää sitten loput vedestä ja ravista uudelleen voimakkaasti.
4. Kiinnitä tutti ja tarkista sisällön juomalämpötila (37°C).
Älä lämmitä mikroaaltouunissa (palovammariski).
