Käyttöohjeet
Kölln Schmelzflocken® – vuosikymmenten ajan tunnettu vauvanruokinnasta Täysjyvätuotteet sisältävät runsaasti ravintoaineita ja rakennusaineita. Schmelzflocken®-hiutaleet ovat hyvin täyttäviä, joten ne sopivat erinomaisesti ennen nukkumaanmenoa.

Valmistus
Kokonaisjyvämaito puuro
Sekoita 100 ml tuore- tai UHT-maitoa (3,5 % rasvaa) ja 100 ml juomavettä kylmänä yhdessä 6 tasaisen ruokalusikallisen (= 20 g) Kölln Schmelzflocken® -hiutaleiden kanssa ja kuumenna nopeasti kiehuvaksi. Anna jäähtyä ja sekoita joukkoon 2 ruokalusikallista (= 20 g) vastapuristettua hedelmää (esim. banaania).
Maidoton vilja-hedelmäpuuro
100 g tuoreita hedelmiä (esim. 50 g omenaa ja 50 g banaania) huuhtele huolellisesti, kuori ja pilko. Sekoita 90 ml vettä 6 tasaisella ruokalusikallisella (= 20 g) Kölln Schmelzflocken®-hiutaleita kylmänä ja kuumenna nopeasti kiehuvaksi. Ota pois liedeltä, lisää 1 tl (= 4 g) rapsiöljyä sekä hedelmät.
